"Intranet Future was asked to help us build social media into our business model. From the word go, I knew that Jonathan was a gem. There was a list of questions that were sent to several social media consultants - each business received the same set of questions. Whereas the majority responded with consultant double-talk, Jonathan got right to work. He answered the questions quickly and substantively and thus got our business. We've never regretted that decision. The first report ordered was on the use of Twitter as a customer service tool. Prior to this, we were general consumers of it - but the report opened our eyes to what's possible. We all read the report and were completely fired up! In addition to lots of information about the medium, he had specific recommendations for us on what we should do/avoid - something that we greatly appreciated. In fact we appreciated his approach so much that we ordered a second report from him on Facebook. In both cases, Intranet Future got in there, checked us out and watched what we were doing. He would come back to me with comments, like...˝it was really good the way you said [such and such]...˝ or ˝...have you looked into this group - there might be some way to collaborate...˝ and ˝It would be better if you got rid of [such and such] and put [such and such] there instead...˝  I've gotton as many emails from him at 11pm as I have at 8am - so, he is certainly dedicated. He was quick to understand our business and what kinds of challenges we were facing. While Jonathan is an absolute pleasure to work with, there's nothing that speaks better than results. If we just focus on Facebook alone, our Fan base has grown from 116 to over 1,000 people within the span of two months as a result of following his advice. And we are now the #1 business in our category on Facebook (and at the time of this writing - 21/06/2010 - we haven't even launched yet).
